This can be done easily. Paste the correct links at the corresponding field in post for creating a gallery. In the manual you can read how to do this. We've seen people post website links into the images field and vice versa.
The gallery might then load a picture into an iframe, which results into a not fully loading background. So when you create a website that displays into your gallery, you need to add the website link in the field for displaying the website and you can create a screenshot of the website which you add to the image field because you want that to be displayed as the thumb in the gallery.
