As soon as we receive your request, we prepare a free support-membership account that you can use after you received the log in information in your mailbox. Use the same e-mail address that you have used for registration at Themeforest. Only then we can verify which theme you’ve bought and if you have the right to free support.
As soon as you log in to our membership section, you will find everything you need in your special support environment; from manuals to video manuals. You also can post a message on our blog if our information is inadequate or if you have a request for our support team.
