      How do I set the current users in Ultimate Members to have an expiration date? I have 4 member levels (365 days) that I have set up as UM-Switcher products. I want to assign these levels to various users that we have added manually prior to the site going live. Please advise.

      Hi Doug,
      Um switcher Will only tricker when those users have purchased a um switcher product. You can create manual a order for those users via woocommerce. Set THE order amount to zero and voilla.

      Hi Mike,

      Thanks for getting right back to me. I created a manual order and added the product (set to zero) and completed the order. However, I do not see the subscriber in the UM-Switcher Subscriptions page – I anticipated that I would see the subscribers there so the client can manage the subscription. Also, this method will send an email to the member, which may confuse them – plus not all members have their complete billing address. Any other thoughts?

      Hi Doug,
      Well iF you created the order iT should show up on THE subscription page with start and end date. If thats not the case, I think you did not setup Cron.php.

      A client can not manage there subscription, they can re order via woocommerce my account.

      I dont have an other option for a subscription, um switcher needs an complete order.

      You can temporary block sending the woocommerce e-mails, just Google iT I dont have a How to by hand.

      And for the missing address fields, mmmhhh yeah that can be don but you need somting like a digital Goods extention. not sure If there is a free one avalable, but I believe we have that one. Not sure though im not behind my desk. If you need iT, I can help you out with that one. So you can create orders without having the need for address fields.

      An other option my partner Helen just come up with is, send Your members an email and tell them to purchase a umswitcher product, If you want to give iT for free just create a coupon of 100%.
