      Hi,
      I have my date format set in Settings _ general to d/m/y so shows today as 08/07/2019 which is fine. However in UM Switcher the subscription dates are in US format so today shows as 07/08/2019 which is confusing for my client. How can I set it to show the same as the wordpress setting?

      Hi Breda,

      We will release new version of UMS very soon, we’re gonna check on it what is the best solution for this issue.

      You’ll see the dates in the screen shot are in US format but I have set the date in the Word press settings to UK:

      Hi,
      I installed the new version of um switcher 2.5 today, the date format is still showing in US format and the start date I had set on the previous version is no longer showing:

      a second question, I can;t find where to edit the emails from the switcher, I have Activate Um Template set to No and I can’t find where the text is set in the emails?

      Hi Breda,

      Please look at the change log, were looking into the date format it’s not included in 2.5.
      We already released an update it will be available today, were waiting on Envato.

      Email reminders are set on the WC product.

      Hi Mike,
      Yes I can see that you set the reminder in the WC product but my question is where do you edit the text that is contained in the reminder email? I can;t find that.

      You can edit the text when you use the dropdown: Send a Reminder
