      Hi
      I have the Ultimate Member plugin set to change the default customer role “Customer” to subscriber when they pay for 1 year membership in Woo Commerce. They show in UM Switcher as Subscribers. However if a person is refunded their status in the Word Press Users area changes to Customer but this is not updated in UM Switcher. Is there a way to get UM Switcher to update their status when this happens?

      Hi Breda,
      Well normally there user role should change, as Um switcher is using the default wordpress user base. I think you have a setting not set correctly, but maybe this will help: https://www.umswitcher.com/membership-purchase-route-for-um-switcher/
