All Theme Dutch themes you buy via our partner marketplaces always have real support included. We like to have happy costumers who are satisfied with our products. We give support for theme related issues, such as bugs at all times. And, if our customers stay cool, try to be a little bit friendly and not immediately assume that a theme is not good if it fails or goes wrong, we always try to give support or tips, even if it is not a bug. Sometimes a support request is in reality a customization job. Unfortunately some requests for help go far beyond answering several questions. We feel the right to refer to our customization plans if this is the case. Selling a theme doesn’t mean we need to build a website partially. But, we certainly are nice and friendly people, so feel free to contact us at anytime.

We do not provide support via e-mail and always via our ticket system. Sure we are very customer friendly, but wish to streamline support requests as well as possible, as honestly as possible, so in order of entry.
