HOW DO I SETUP MY TOPBAR?
Go to the TD panel and click at General. Select Topbar and save. Then go to your Widget section and fill it with your favourite widgets.
HOW DO I SETUP THE HOME GALLERY?
Go to the TD panel and click at Home. Select Background type, gallery. Then the option with the built-in image uploader appears to upload full screen images. You also have the possibility to select transition speed and effect.
HOW DO I SETUP THE TOPSLIDER?
Go to the TD panel and click at Home if you want a Top slider at your homepage. Select Choose your header style and select slides.
HOW DO I SETUP A TOP ACCORDION SLIDER?
Go to the TD panel and click at Home. Select Choose your header style and select accordion.
HOW DO I SETUP THE HEADER COLOR?
Go to the TD panel and click at Home if you want to choose a different color for your header at pages and posts. Click at Color and go to Theme header color. Here you can choose a color for your header style by using a Colorpicker.
HOW DO I SETUP A HEADER WITH A VIDEO?
At pages and posts there is a feature to choose a header style. If you decide to choose video, the option appears and you’ll have to insert the URL to your video.
CAN I SELECT A BLOG PAGE LAYOUT?
Yes you can, Go to the TD panel and click at BLOG. You have several features to design your blog and 3 options for your layout 1/2/3 columns.
HOW DO I GET THAT HOVER EFFECT ON MY LOGO?
Go to the TD panel and click at LOGO. You’ll find space for an Image and Hover Image. The logo in our preview is 260 x 65 px
HOW DO I GET A LEFT MARGIN ON MY LOGO?
Go to the TD panel and click at LOGO. You have the options to adjust the left and top margin.
HOW DO I SETUP MY HOME TWITTER BOX?
Go to the TD panel and click at General. And fill in your twitter id.
HOW DO I SETUP A TOPMENU?
Go to Appearance / Menus. Create at the top a menu and select the menu items you wood like to appear and pull them to the right and hit save. On the top left you see Theme Locations. Select a header and a footer menu you have created and hit save.
HOW DO I SETUP A CONTACT IN MY MENU?
Go to Appearance / Menus. On the left you will see DUTCH contact. Select the contact page you have earlier created and hit save.
HOW DO I SETUP A CONTACT PAGE?
Go to DUTCH contact and hit Add new. Design your contact page any way you like, use the excellent shortcodes to spice up your contact page and hit save. Go to Appearance / Menus and pull your contact page into your menu.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE BACKGROUND OF A PAGE/POST?
On a page / post you will see Dutch page options with a dropdown menu BACKGROUND. Select one of the predefined backgrounds or use your own image. But also colours are available.
HOW DO I CREATE MENU SUBTITLES?
Go to Appearance and choose Menus. Open a Menu button and place the subtitle in the Title Attribute field. After you press save and refresh the page in your browser, your subtitle will be visible.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE LANGUAGE?
You can adjust (translate) the language at your TD admin panel under Translations.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED FORMAT FOR A FULL SCREEN BACKGROUND IMAGE?
The required format for the background is 1280×1024 px The background file can be a jpeg or otherwise.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED FILE FORMAT FOR A LOGO?
The recommended file format for a logo is a png file.
HOW DO I ADD THUMBNAILS?
The thummbails for the slider work automatically if you select the option under Grace option.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE POSITIONS OF THE MENU ITEMS?
If you want make changes in the positions of the menu items, you” have to change this in the code.
HOW DO I GET MY MENU TO DROPDOWN?
For getting your menu items to drop down, you’ll have to go to Apperance. In Appearance > menu you’ll have to setup the menu structure.
WHAT DO I DO IF PAGES DISAPPEAR FROM MAIN MENU?
Why are pages disappering from the main menu when I add a new one? Your problem with the menu can be that you’re making to many items to display next to each other. The first thing will be to make a couple of main category’s for your menu, and add sub menu items beneath them. In our manual you can find how to setup menu’s.
HOW DO I CREATE A SLIDESHOW ON EVERY PAGE?
You’ll also find a feature to provide a slider on every page separately. On every page you can display pictures that perfectly match the page content. The method: Open the selection beneath Header/Slider options and the options for Color, Slides, Videos or Accordion appear. Choose Slides. Now you have the possibility to adjust the height of the slide and also the time between slides in ms. Choose between thumbnails, squares or no indication of the amount of available photographs. Do you want to use the time indicator? Select: yes. Your slides will be provided of a time indicator so the visitors of your website know when the next slide will appear. Simply by clicking at the thumbs to go to the next or previous photo is also possible. You also see Add new slide button. Our advice is to create max. 5/7 slides, despite they are unlimited.
