Can you please make this forum searchable? I can’t believe you haven’t got this functionality working (site search ignores the forum) as you are bound to get people asking the same questions over and over again and who has time to read all the post titles and then decide if your problem is the same as someone else’s?
Also, please get rid of those annoying “i” icons at the top of the forum screens which overlay the forums stats.
Can someone please reply to the forum posts? I have several pressing problems with the new update (2.1), but the most pressing is the one where you no longer seem to support submenus in your “top” menu. 🙁
Apart from this, my social icon overlay colours have changed, my h-tags are all of sudden capitalising every word and my page background is still not showing on mobile theme.
Please respond when you can.

Hi Louise.
Sounds like you are having WP 3.6 fun. You may be experiencing, such as myself, plugins creating grief with the theme. I have uninstalled (deactivated) most of my favorites as they are not playing fair with WP 3.6. Worked perfectly in 3.5.2.
I have had the same issue in other themes by various authors. As a matter of fact I spent all day today correcting another site due to conflicts. What was working properly all of a sudden came apart after the upgrade to 3.6 and theme release for same version. It was a plugin witch hunt rivaling Hansel and Gretel’s exploits.
Try deactivating all non essential plugins and see if doing so rectifies your dilemma. Note what steps you are taking to isolate the problem.
When you say background, what I am working with displays beautifully on mobile, and that makes me wonder about script conflicts. There are 12 different backgrounds in use for different pages currently and will grow to hundreds shortly. Everything displays properly.
Your social icon overlays are CSS and you can change them to whatever colour you desire. Are you using a child theme? If not it is a great idea because lots of change is coming.
From the sounds of it there will be 3.7 and 3.8 within the next four months in preparation to WP 4.0
With the process of elimination we can get you running smoothly again. Will check frequently to help you out where I can until rescue arrives.
Have a better one 🙂

Thanks James.
I had a stiff drink last night!
Fresh again this morning and hopefully get a few things sorted.

Hi Louise.
Yes a stiff drink, or should I say drinks at times helps. The eyes see differently after a good night sleep and recharge.

Hi Louise,
I’ll certainly be making note to our developers to look into making the forum searchable. I understand how it can make things easier to find. I’ve also made note of the I icons. I believe that slipped in with an update some time ago. Thank you for the feedback
I’ll be checking your topic on the sub menus right away.

Killer theme….but I cannot seem to find the support I need to get it working. Having a search option in the forum would really help.
