I looked at the post at the top of the page regarding short codes and the demo at http://www.responsive-wp-theme.com/, but there’s one problem…the demo isn’t working anymore, so there’s nothing to look at for a reference. Is there any written .pdf file or help guide written anywhere to document the list of available short codes? Thanks!

The demo site has been moved to http://theme-dutch.compresents/mikmag/
Also, in Mikmag you can use all the shortcodes from the shortcode generator, which also features a full list of all the existing shortcodes. You can open the shortcode generator by clicking on the small “M” Icon above the text/html editor.
