Due to complexity of the theme there are a lot of database rows for the theme. While it is necessary, it creates a heavy load for the site load.
How can I disable some of the features and get rid of all the db rows related to it?
For example, I never use the seo feature and the theme creates core_seo… rows for every post/page even if it is disabled. When the DB has a query like “SELECT option_name, option_value FROM wp_options WHERE autoload = ‘yes’;” then it takes almost 2 seconds to finalize the query. Thus i want to delete all seo related dbs.
When I delete and then optimize the db, they come back. Thus, how can I disable some of the features?
Hi Brandon,
I’m afraid it’s not simple to remove / disable entire theme features like this. In order to help you with this we would need to appoint one of our developers with the task of diving into the theme’s database part to research how it can be altered to no longer create new database rows for the SEO feature.
This exceeds what we can offer as free support and could possibly be done as a customization job.
We offer customization jobs where you can hire our development team to make changes to our themes for you, so they better fit your needs. You can read more about our customization jobs here:

We could have one of our developers research how to disable the SEO feature filling up the database as a customization job. If you’re interested in that, I could get you a price quote on that customization job.
With kind regards,
Kevin
