      Hi,

      I am only using the Layer Slider on the Home page, but the Javascript files are loaded on every page in my site. Is it possible to not load these on the pages that do not show a Layer Slider?

      I know that other themes (such as Avada) have this option and it makes a considerable difference in load time.

      Talking about files like these:

      LayerSlider/js/layerslider.kreaturamedia.jquery.js?ver=4.6.0″>
      LayerSlider/js/jquery-easing-1.3.js?ver=1.3.0″>
      LayerSlider/js/jquerytransit.js?ver=0.9.9″>
      LayerSlider/js/layerslider.transitions.js?ver=4.6.0″>

      Hi Louise,

      I’m not entirely sure to what degree this will be possible for us since we are providing the plugin the exact way the actual plugin is so without any modifications. I personally am not sure if we can change this behaviour from within the theme but I will propose this to our development team for them to review. They will have a better idea of what can be done.

      I understand why this would be beneficial.

      Thanks – it would be great if this could be part of the next update. More and more of the better WordPress themes are building in options to swith this off.
