      I cant figure out which is the main page you use in your demo on theme forrest. I just want to customize that page. Can you tell me page it is or how to recreate it ASAP. I need to get it done today so any help would be great. Thank you.

      I would prefer not to install all the dummy data. As I know how to create pages and posts. I just dont know how to recreate the main page.

      Hi Moxyman,

      The main page on our Facts demo is the page ‘Home’.
      The page contains the Revolution Slider on top.
      Below the revolution Slider on the left: Boxed Image Slider (larger image)
      Below the Revolution Slider on the right: Boxed images.

      I imported the dummy data. But I still dont see a HOME page anywhere. Is that not in the dummy data? Also, when you say “boxed image slider” or “boxed images” how to I access them?

      I was able to do it via FTP and now its there. My (hopefully) last question is what is the page size set at for the home page? Meaning id like to make a banner and want it to fill the width of the HOME demo (which im working off the demo).

      Well I use most of the time 1920px for my images, so they will look good on all screen sizes.

      Im having trouble importing the demo sliders. Ive created a new slider. But then under it is says: “ERROR: You must provide a template for the slider show.” I created a template but it says the same thing under that. So then i tried to import a demo one via your zip files but them it says: importing slider setings and data… Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!

      Andy ideas what im doing wrong?

      Aside from the above, I cant figure out how to change the orange accents on the pages. How do I do that?

      How do I get a refund? There is no front end to work on. The front end is code. So you have to know code in order to edit the pages. What am i missing.

      You need to use the add new slider, I think you’re using the template. But inside the Facts unzip me file you will find ( next to the revolution slider examples ) the manual of the revolution slider.

      Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!
      Witch file are you uploading, check the zip file: Revolution slider example-zips.zip

      if you go to http://www.kdlrestorations.com/ when you hover over the boxes where it says RADIO GRILLS, RESTORATIONS ETC… it makes it orange or black, and the underneith color is orange or black. How do i change those colors. Its not in the facts option b/c orange isnt a selected color in there .

      I am trying to upload the zips from your example.zips and im getting the export.txt doesnt exist when i do. it happens on every one of them. I have read the manual. It still cant get it to work.

      I also dont understand why im only seeing code unless i go to the actual page. I thought it was a visual editor on the front end?

      As i said, I have added a new slider. But it still doesnt work. All I want is one image across the top that zooms in a litte. It doesnt even need to be a slider. But ive spent the last 4 hours trying to do this and simply change a color. Im just beyond frustrated.

      Well not sure what to answer you because you’re asking for a refund ( and I don’t see the point explaining you’re second question in that case ) and at the same time you’re asking what you are missing…

      So I assume that you would like a answer from me regards support, and that is a very simple one read the manual’s and you will have a much better and less frustrating experience.

      Second, have you seen and installed the Visual composer, thats a handy tool in case you don’t have any experience with code, even then there will be a point that you need to check the code. You will have also more shortcodes as the Visual composer comes also with shortcodes, but for example the boxes you would need the TD shortcodes.

      Have you seen on our preview website, at the footer of most shortcode example pages the code. You can easily code them and insert for example into the Visual composer field’s.

      The color change is easy, look below just change the shadowcolor=”#e86330″ to whatever color you want.

      Regards the zips, you need to unzip them inside there are the files you need to upload, more about this you will find in the revolution manual

      All I want is one image across the top that zooms in a litte.

      You can use the featured image on the page, that gives a zoom in effect. And you can even make it a gallery.

      Finally is there a way NOT to have the menu float? Id rather it just stay at the top instead moving when you scroll.

      If I can get it to work, then I dont need a refund. I just felt mislead. But thank you for explaining those parts. If you could help with the floating menu I think I will be good.

      Look at the general settings, there is a resize logo feature.
