Hello, I tried to import the .xml file, but I can’t see the contents of the demo site. You can see the situation in the attachment.
How can I solve the problem?
Thank you very much for your support.

Hi L’arte Grafica,
Installing the dummy xml can take quite a while (especially on slower servers). Have you received a notice saying the import was completed successfully? If not, try leaving the page importing the content for some time (just leave it working for half an hour) once it does finish it should give you a notice about a successful completion of the dummy content import. The pages should then be available to you.
Kind regards,
Kevin -

Hi Kevin, i followed the instructions of the pdf documentation a few hours ago. I think that the importation was successful (as shown in the screenshot attached), but the site is still empty.
Could you help me? Where am I wrong?
Thanks.

Hi,
If you check your pages (Back-end) do any of the dummy content pages show up there?
If so, it may be as simple as enabling the correct homepage and menu to get all of the dummy content pages showing on the front-end of your website too.Kind regards,

Hi, I tried to follow your advises, but I have only a “Sample Page” and no other contents.
In the support I read other posts of the same problem, I cleaned the database and instealled all the plugins, but it still doesn’t work.
The message shown is still “Dummy content alredy imported”, also if i selected “resect section” and “resect all”.
I need your help to solve the problem. Her the user and password to enter the site and the database:

Hi,
I have removed your login details from this post. Please keep in mind that this is a PUBLIC forum. Posting login details here can be a big security threat since every person on the internet has the ability to read your posts on the forum and will thus be able to access your website’s admin and databases. Please consider changing your login details as well as database details since people may have accessed them.
I’ve taken a quick look back-end and I indeed see that a lot of files have been imported (images, for example if you check your media folder). Pages appear not to have imported properly.
I’d like to suggest you to do the following:
In your facts theme files, locate the file called “dummy-content.xml” found in facts/tdframework/dummy/next go to your wordpress back-end and to tools -> import. Select “wordpress”
go to choose file and choose the dummy-content.xml file, then hit upload file and import.Let it work for a while until you get a message of finished import. Next check your pages again to see if anything has changed.
Kind regards,
Kevin
