When I changed website hosting services (to Bluehost – as per your recommendation) I suddenly lost all access to my original mojo marketplace profile and was assigned a new password for my account. My new account is apparently no longer associated with my old purchases even though it is the same email login information – my Box theme has disappeared.
How do I regain access to the Box theme I’d purchased? I have spent a few hours trying to sort out how to reinstall it with no luck.
Please help 🙂

I’m very sorry you’ve trouble in accessing your accounts via mojomarketplace, but you really have to contact Mojo about this issue. We cannot influence or gain access to these accounts. If you still have your purchase code and your purchase confirmation email, you can ask Mojo to add your purchases into your account again, or they have to make sure you’re able access your all purchased items such as BOX. You also need access to your download section for future updates of theme BOX.
