I’ve ordered a couple sites from theme forest. I saw this one and loved the look. The rating of 3 was low at the cost of $58 but I took a chance, this design is not user friendly if you aren’t a designer and are revolution slider savvy, forget about it. On top of it all, there appears to be a cost on every level for any type of solution which is disappointing.
If there is anyone on staff that has a care about THEMEDUTCH customers concern please contact me. I am frustrated beyond belief.

How to ”install the theme” and ”how to install dummy content” you can read in FACTS manual. The manual you can find within your download zip. Unzip it and you can find the manual there. First read our chapters how to install the theme and how to install Dummy content. Its a step by step guide.
Possible issues
Installing FACTS dummy content can be a problem for some servers. All images that get downloaded from our server is almost 500 mb. Our server is set up well and spaceous enough. Therefore there are no problems on our hand.
However, we can not vouch for other hosting providers, and some hosting companies have a maximum. If you are having difficulties installing dummy content, ask your hosting provider to increase the server setting and state that the upload file folder with all images is nearly 500 MB. That will solve this problem in most cases.

Our theme is running with Visual Composer version 4.5.1.
The Visual Composer plugin was updated 3 day’s after we’ve updated our FACTS theme.
We’ll update Visual Composer to 4.5.2 on short notice.As soon as updates are available, we’ll notify via Facebook/themedutch, and twitter @themedutch.

I have clicked on every tab to open up a new thread regarding my concerns and issues and every time I click on something it takes me back to either your profile or my profile, therefore the only way for me to communicate with you is through my initial post. The dashboard has changed. So the offensiveness of the title isn’t something that I can manage but please feel free to delete or rephrase the post any way you like. Now back to my issues, I posted two issues and the first one was met with a WHY it happen and no solution other than notification and the second issue has to do with the outdate WOO Commerce which was not address. Once again I have download many wordpress theme’s and this is first time I’ve encounter developers not jumping in and fix the issues. I have been dealing with issues regrading this theme for over 3 months. So I beg of you to please resolve all of your customer’s issue and not provide them with reasoning, video or social media support blast.

The updated theme incl. update WP + plugins will be available on short notice.
Follow us via twitter, facebook or theme page on the marketplace, so you know when the update is ready for download on Themeforest.Note.
In the future; please do not update WordPress and Plugins before we do, and wait until we’ve launched an completely updated version on the Marketplace.
If you update WP and plugins before we do (and after checking issues, bugs and testing), you can run into issues.
If you wait updating until we release an update, you can prevent this.Thank you for your patience,
