Hello again. I aready read the topics about dummy content problems and i already did everything suggested, but i’m still having a problem here. THat’s the third time that i start everything and tried to upload the dummy content and pass more than three hours and just don’t finish. Just importing.. importing and nothing happens… What could be? Please let me know. Thank you.

I’m very sorry you’re having those issues, we know that some servers just won’t eat the dummy content. About the server i work if two servers IPage and the biggest one here in Brasil locaweb.com.br in both situation i got problems… are you sure that the dummy content is 100% on mojomarket? dont you have one to send me? i saw in one topic here an internal theme-dutch.com link to download the dummy content, but the download didnt work. dont you have Mike the dummy content to send me please?

Hello Mike. how its going? One more thing, yesterday i did all again in three differente hosts… Justhost, Ipage and Locaweb… in all three situation happens the same thing… import using the box option just didn’t work, import using the wordpress importer almost works. Uploaded some content, like images, but codes, pages and confuguration just fail… I do understand have problem in one host, but in all three, in different sites. for sure we have a problem on import button. Please some help. Thank you.

Don§t you have a fresh dummy content? coz i just can’t use your template, i don’t have any resources, nothing to work just a blank template. If you don’t have a solution i will contact mojomarket for a refound, as it is i just can’t use, i cant do nothing. I bought an amazing template but dosent work as it should work… please let me know. Thank you.

What you’re saying is that we include a dummy content that is broken? I;m sorry my friend thats not the case. Sure I can deliver a fresh copy but that will be the same file, so no difference there. As you can read on the forum, there are a few post how about to install the dummy and I also made you a offer. The only thing you can do is to use the database import, but you will need some skills to handle this. If you like I can supply you a database dump+ all the images. If you send me a invite for Dropbox to mike(@)theme-dutch.(com) I will upload it for you, but remember it’s a few hundred mb big.
Below this post by the way you can download a fresh copy I made a few weeks back

Hello Mike. yes, thats what i’m saying, i dont know what else could be…
Like i told you before, i work with three different hosts, in all three im having the same problem and i also contact the mojomarketing to explain what is happen, a person there called Jace from support had the same problem trying to install the dummy content in all three hosts.
About your offer, i thank you again, but it is too much money for a wordpress instalation, for me will be easier look for a new template and buy it… thats the first time that im having this kind of problem with a wordpress template and dummy content.
Im very disaponted, coz a thing that must be very simple are getting very complicated… telling the truth… In one host, Ipage, i could import part of the content, using the import tool, with a lot of missing parts anyway… a lot… same situation, nothing works… coz via Box Option nothing happens, but i had the same thing… Hours running “importing” and nothing happen…
About this link a read it before and didnt help too. About receive your database via dropbox, i will accept it and i will send you an invite. I’m doing all that coz i really like your template, but thats my last try, with dont work i will ask for a refound there. As i said a simple preceed and getting too complicated.

Hey guys! I’m actually having the same issue with the dummy content. Using iPage as my host. The gear wheel has been spinning for about 2 hours now.
I actually don’t need the content, but I was having trouble finding documentation on the Box theme. I’m just looking for some general guidelines instead of hunting and pecking through the theme options.
I started using this theme yesterday and just signed up on the support today. I will continue to look in here for the documentation I’m looking for, but if you have fix to this dummy content issue, please let me know how to fix it!

Yes, it’s possible your gear wheel is spinning for hours, since the dummy content is a few hundred MB’s. It might take a lot of time.
Maybe you’re suffering from PHP configuration limits, and you can ask your web host to increase them:
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 65M
upload_max_filesize 64MWithin your Box download zip you’ll find the BoxManual.pdf

I think thats not the main problem… i left here all day and didnt finish… The Ipage Support did all that PHP config to me and dont work… Mike will send me the dummy content buy dropbox, but i dont wannt images, i want the possibility to change the HOME PAGE… How can i manually configura HOME VAR 2, 5 and Layer Slide model???

OK…so I increased the upload size to 400M, went back to the Box Options section and it says “dummy content already imported”, but I do not see any content. I uninstalled/ reinstalled the theme, but that didn’t help. Is there way to reinstall the dummy content?
Let me rephrase….the MEDIA came through…but there are no dummy pages. Are there dummy pages as part of the content?

When you are installing the dummy content you will also need to import the Revolution Slider demo content.
After installing the dummy content you will need to assign menus to the main and footer areas yourself.
Select your home via settings / reading
When installing ”all Plugins that come with the theme” insure that no other caching Plugins are installed/activated.Please also do not forget to read the BoxManual that comes with the theme.

Hello Hellen, i did all that and nothing works.. I already installed everythnig, 4 times… I had a chat with Mojomarketing and they saw the problem. I just need a way to configure a HOME PAGE VAR 2, VAR 5 and Layer Slide… Please help… I dont know what to do… The dummy content just dont work… Three hosts and no fun… i just want to config my home page… VAR 2 VAR 5 and Layer slide.. Thank you.
