When you are installing the dummy content you will also need to import the Revolution Slider demo content.
After installing the dummy content you will need to assign menus to the main and footer areas.
Select your home via settings / reading
When installing ”all Plugins that come with the theme” insure that no other caching Plugins are installed/activated.

Please also do not forget to read the BoxManual that comes with the theme.

Because this is an old bug that has been fixed a long time ago.
Can you please make sure you install the latest/update to the latest version?

I purchased your theme and i’m having difficulty getting the shortcodes to work. I’ve imported the Rev slider and logged dummy content. At this point i’m really just trying to play with theme to get a feel for it. I’ve activated all plugins however the short code for model sumbission and contact us isn’t working?

the model-sumbission short code form was the closing aspect which made me choose this plugin. before i start loading my content and banners please help me sort this out and get shortcode working. Thankyou

With lot of test I found out when TD short codes is active you need to deactivate TD social

Can you confirm you have the latest version 1.0.6 of BOX?
The latest TD Shortcodes is version 1.7.5

Please download the latest version from Mojo, and just remove the plugins TD Shortcodes and TD Sociables.

After that install the theme and installe the plugins, this should fix your problem.

What theme are you using? And what version do you have?
The latest version for BOX is v1.0.8, I do not have problems with saving the theme settings, so it might be a issue with an other plugin. But I cannot help you to determine any of this if I do not have a login (as administrator) for your website.
