      hi

      i have probleme on my website on submenu , i see the submenu but is not possible to access, i try to select it but is disappear

        i add purchase code and the version of wp is 4.3–fr_FR and mikmag theme.

      Hi Laurent,

      2 options here…

      1) try to deactivate all plugins.
      2) you have updated WordPress but not all plugins and also Mikmag is yet updated.

      The general advice when there is a release of WordPress, wait until all plugins and theme are updated. We always wait a week or two before we update our themes, the reason is that in most cases WordPress gets a few new updates in the next week or so after a release.

      If this is you’re case, you need to go back to the older version of WordPress and probably the plugins you’re are using. From wordpress.org you can download all versions, just use the search.

      Become our friend on Facebook or Twitter, for the latest updates. And when activated at themeforest you receive also a email when the update is ready.

      If you Google ”downgrade WordPress” you’ll find lots of documentation and YouTube options for help.

      We ask our clients not to upgrade WP themes until we’ve checked everything and provide an updated version to the marketplace.

        i upgrade wordpress because the security of the website is mandatory and the u^pgrade is for security website ,

      We always wait one/two weeks before we update our themes.
      In ‘most cases’ WordPress releases a few new updates in the first weeks after a release.
