  please show how the link of how to update the theme.
  
  I tried to upload the theme.zip, yet, it shows that already has a mikmag folder in there, hence, failed.
  
  Could I just delete the theme and upload the newest one? or/// uploading by ftp to replace all old ones?

  Do not upload the complete zip (please unzip first)
  If you Google your question: ”how to update wordpress theme without losing settings” you’ll get a lot of tutorials (also via Youtube).
