Good morning!
A little under a year ago, I purchased your BOX theme in order to build a woocommerce powered website. After much fumbling and stumbling, I realized through your support area that BOX was not woocommerce ready and that a similar theme FACTS was indeed woocommerce ready (in this thread: https://theme-dutch.com/topic/box-theme-and-woo-commerce-integration/)
So now I’ve purchased FACTS and the Woocommerce items will still not show through. Please help me figure out why I have all my products properly inserted into the back end but cannot see ANY of them on their individual product and I can’t see them listed on the shop page, especially using Chrome Browser. I’ve purchased 2 of your themes just to get to this point – help me see that it has not been in error.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi vfleary,
Well products not showing up can we a few reasons.
1 Check the permalinks and change to Post name, if it’s all-ready set to Post name just save and check the front.
2 Check if the shop page is set correct at the woocommerce option panel.
3 Deactivate all plugins and check again.I think number 1 will do the trick, keep us posted.
