  Instead of having the blog post layout the default way , can I have the post in a horizontal thumbnail form. I hope you understand me.

  I do understand what you mean, but I’m afraid that that’s not possible with the current MikMag functionality. It would take quite a lot of additions to the theme’s code to achieve that too.
