      Hello!

      I have a problem instlaling the parent theme (DONDO). I downloaded the latest version 1.7.3 + i´m running wp 4.5; I could install childtheme.. but there is an error (WORDPRESS FAILUR NOTICE – are you sure you want to do it?) when installing the dondo.zip..

      So, what is up with that?

      Hi dondofan,

      Please read the DondoManual and the ‘read me’ file before you install the theme.
      You’ll find extended info how to install your theme.

      Well. I already read it – not working, did every thing as stated in read me/dondo manual..

      HELP..

      You’ll have to unzip and install the Dondo theme file

      I read.. i see no solution for me at this point.. I will explain You again..

      I´m trying to upload the theme on wordpress- themes – add new plapla..

      1. i unzipped 1.7.. Dondo .zip that i downlaoded from themeforest..
      2. i cant upload dondo.zip that is inside -> [dondo 1.7.3 – unzip me please .zip]
      3. What now – where is this file i should upload?

      And im telling You – wordpress wont let me install this file You are indicating…
      Please check it out and fix it..

      This has nothing to do with our theme.
      So we cannot fix something which is on your end.

      We provide support and help the best way we can, and we try to help you too.

      Installing themes is not included in support http://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy

      There are over 100 buyers that installed Dondo before you.

      If you cannot do it yourself, you can hire us to do so.

      I am asking you to indicate the right file in this unzipped folder..
      Is it the file on the first picture i attached (error1)? Or can You write down the path or upload some screenshot, please?

      At least this is what you are indicating on your dondo manual..
      I have read dondo feedback.. and you have uploaded broken files before that.. so have You checked it?

      Im not asking You to install it for me .. i just want to be handed over .zip file i can install properly.. or accurately – i would like You to show me the screenshot of the right file/path..

      So what are your answers to my previous questions?

      We like to help people who treat us with decency.

      Small bugs always will be resolved in updates, just like with other theme developers.
      This has nothing to do with installing a theme though.

      I have installed near to 100 different themes before that.. WITHOUT PROBLEMS.

      You are stating in your services table that “Assistance with reported bugs and issues” included.. so i think this is an issue for me.. don´t You? So will You help or i procceed with the refund?
