Its a design element which shows up on pages (including featured image, if you use them).

If you want to avoid this, don’t use a ‘featured image’.

If you still want a full width image on top of your content, please use a full width page, and create a section for your top image without border:

Hi we are from bgrated.com feature image is not selected.
There is actually something wrong with the theme but we are unsure where to fix it.

PS Also slider revolution does not work since the update of wordpress. Is this a short codes issue?

The top area is not active in the back end yet shows up in the front.

Another quick question is we see it says 1.4 Appearance > Dondo options however we have updated to the latest version.

So we are asking about two items in this post. Thank you.

Dondo last version is 1.7.8, so no worries if you see 1.4 on the option panel, that’s a typo by our programmer. And will be fixed on the next update.

I dont have any issues on our dondo preview, but have you tr-yd to deactivate all third party plugins?
If it’s not a plugin issue, the next step would be checking the server php version, jquery etc.

Regards the white border, thats looks like a featured images without the correct path. If you want us to have a look subscribe for premium support, and we will do research on your full installation.
