Hi,
The buttons “Add Forms” is not appearing, and the form shortcode doesn’t work.
Is there a plug-in missing? I don’t see any plug in left to install in the list.I just noticed that Essential Grid doesn’t want to update and Visual Comoser doesnt install (error message: Destination folder already exists. /home/djnewyoryr/www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/)
Not sure if this can be the reason why I don’t have the form plug-in ?

Hi there,
The add form is not included, you can read About it on the Tf sales page.
Essential grid is included and updates Will come when we release an theme update. No need to activate it.
Vc is saying that iTS allready installed, so no problems here.
For more info please read the manual included in your download file.

I actually read the user manual, but there’s no explanations at all about this. Look at this page (screenshot attached).
Please let me know how can I make these shortcodes work?

Yes indeed, The shortcodes for these ‘forms’ are examples of our preview website and they’re not included with the theme. These forms are generated by the TD formbuilder which should be available on the market, but its release is canceled (We’ll remove it from our manual to avoid more confusion). You’re the first Dondo buyer who noticed this.
However you can use any formbuilder out there to create those forms, per example Contactform 7. Our cincere appologies for the confusion.
