I set up 3 wordpress products with different subscription intervals, purchased them with a test user ID. The UM roll changed correctly so that’s just dandy.
However nothing gets saved in the wp_um_switcher table
I set up an admin account so you can get in the back end.
You can get to the front end at http://creates.studio/
and order a subscription at http://creates.studio/parkcityart-com/join-us/I will set up an admin account for you using Mike’s email address

Hi hwythe,
I have checked this out dis-morning and it’s working on our end. I created a new order and it was saved into the database. So I think you need to take a look at your installation. Or maybe deactivate all other plugins and check again.
I don’t feel comphy to login via ssh, but even do that’s a time consuming process and that’s why I tested this out on our server.

Thanks for checking on your server. I disabled all plugins except ultimate member, um-switcher and woocommerce.
Then I sold a subscription.
It made the right change to the user record but did not save in your table.
The easiest way for you to check it out is to go to the back end, create a user. Then login to the front end using that user. Then go to http://creates.studio/parkcityart-com/join-us/ and pick one of the options to purchase it. -

okay before we Will have a look and just to be sure.
1 – have you uploaded the cron.php following the manual?
2 – This happend to me so maybe iT works out for you to. Open the Umswitcher product and save iT again. And do a purchase and check the database.
If those two not fix iT, create me an admin login for the site and access to php my admin. SSH is not my thing.
you have my email, please send both to me or create a ticket.

Hi,
I’m getting back to this after working on other stuff.
I updated woocommerce and um-switcher to the newest releaseI don’t think the problem is with cron.php, because the rows are not even getting saved in the database table um-switcher
But I wanted to follow your instructions so:
I renamed cron.php and edited the DB settings and uploaded it. It can be run from http://creates.studio/parkcityart-com/cron-um-switcher.php
This will crash on line 23, i think its because there are zero rows in the um-switcher tableI will send credentials by email
Thanks

Check your Time zone, it’s now probably set to UTC.
Change it to your city and it would work.( ps. don’t rename cron.php )

Hi Henry,
We had a quick at your cpanel and found out that you did not setup a cronjob. See screenshot below.
For instruction how to, you need to ask your hosting provider as different panels have different way’s.Attachments:

Hi hwythe,
I change sql query format used in um-switcher plugin, which was not supported to your site. Some site is not supporting wordpress query format although they are wordpress site. So, I rewrite query format. Its working fine now.
Thanks
