  What files do i Keep in order not to over right my colours and settings that i have on my mikmag child theme?

  When you made adjustments to the child theme, you need to keep the child theme. If you mean the settings like font, sizes etc. set via the option panel. They will be lost as Mikmag has no export feature. You can create an export from the database though.
