I just restarted from scratch and barely finished installing dummy content.
After configuring menu, I noticed it being on narrow screen mode and open all the time. There is some missing css or something cause the menu does not look like it should. I t can’t be something i did, i just installed recommended plugins.

You have installed wp/theme/plugins many times before and now you’re having an issue with a menu that you or we not have seen before. And again, you don’t follow our forum guidelines as your adding several posts over and over again. So, I will only answer here.
I hope you understand that our free support has limitations, every time looking at your website and checking your code etc. is a time-consuming process that’s is not included into our support.
