Hi there!
I wonder how to assign my change-role product to X number of users I’m gonna import from a CSV file (or created one by one, doesn’t matter). The scope is to assign the subscription to this manually created suscribers without their participation… Did I explain? Thanks!

Hi there,
Before a subscription Will show up, there must be a purchase of your UM switcher product. So you need to login as a cliënt if you allready have created there account. If not just Make a new purchase for every cliënt.IT should also be possible to add purchases into the database But I dont have a manual by hand how to do that.
Good luck,

I’ve created the order manually on WooCommerce and marked it as completed, assigning the desired UM product to the desired client. The role is changed but it does not appear on the UM Switcher subscription list… Do you know why?

So… no chance to apply the UM Switcher product manually without asking the client to do the job (or doing it myself from the client account)?

Via the database is the only way at the moment.

Good.
I’m placing a new completed order using ‘user_register’ action, so when I create the users, vía CSV import, the hook fires the function and the order is placed and completed.
Can you tell in which table should I start looking at to add this users to the UM Switcher subscribers list and apply the UM Switcher product?
Thanks!! -

Hi there Mike!
Sorry I insist 🙂
I’m looking into the um-switcher table, but I think I’m missing some info, probably from the woocommerce product tables… Can you help me?
If you need to schedule some custom coding and billing it to us, just let me know.
Thanks! -

Hi Beltrán,
Well the issue is we don’t have a manual how to do this by hand, as we never did it before. So our development team should try to figure it out and do some testing etc. And that can take several hours as you know.So create a ticket and include all details of your custom job, so our developer has all the info by hand. And then I will come back to you with a price quote. Maybe I can schedule it for tomorrow or Thursday (will try to squeeze it in)

Hi Mike, I understand, no problem.
