Hi! I have 20 users on my site. I want to sign them up for the subscripion. I have read that it will be in a new version but now it is only available through the change of the database.
Looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible. -

Well you can add your members subscription and you have to create a woocommerce order with status completed.
An other option is that you create a woocommerce coupon code with 100% discount. And send iT to your members, this is the best and most easy way.
Hope this Make sense, for info about the coupon code you need to visit the docs of woocommerce.
All the best,

Hi
I created order with status completed for two users, but any subscriptions didn’t appear on UM-Switcher Overview site. This site is empty.

Maybe I have something wrong in plugin settings? Bad configuration?
-
at #82362adminKeymaster
Hi siajo,
Well that can be, but try to make a purchase as a new client and use a coupon. You only have 20 clients so that’s doable š Make sure you give the product a price otherwise woocommerce can cause an issue. So basically make a purchase as a new client, make sure you’re not logd in as admin.
Please let me know how this works out for you,

Hi. When I register as a new client and buy subscription with coupon… plugin works. Clients are on list UM-Switcher Overview.
But I have to change the date of the subscription… Several users have been registered earlier and the date is wrong (it’s the date of the purchase – not the date of the subscription).Manual add members subscription and create a woocommerce order with status completed – does not work.
I need to be able to change the date of the members’ subscription from the panel.

Okay good to hear that worked out. Regarding the date, you can change the date on the woocommerce order. I have not tested that yet (and Im now on my mobile and not in Office) But I think that Will work out, if not you can always change the date in the database.

Hi
Yes I can do it but only manually in database. Is there a possibility that in the nearest future I will be able to change/ add the subscription manually just from the plugin ? The changes in the database are problematic and time- consuming for me. Have you got any plans like this?

Well building a feature like this is also a time consuming process, but were thinking about this. Cant say if we will add this feature as we first have to make a game plan. But buzz me in a week or 2.

Hi siajo,
We have added this new feature, if you like I can send you the update so you can run a test and tell me if all works out.
Maybe you have a stage site by hand.If you like to take a test run please create a ticket, so I can send you the beta.
Thanks Mike

I have a website that I have 82 existing members, membership was always done manually in the past – I need to set them up all to renew membership in February / March – will I have to put through 82 orders and then change the subscription date?
In addition to the renewal of existing membership, I need all new members to be approved prior to making their payment can this plugin handle that?
thanks

Hi Charlotte,
The easiest way is to create an end date product till March 2019. Send your 82 members and email and include the link to your product. Create an coupon code for on checkout. So you don’t have the hassle to change all the members. You can use the settings from Ultimate member to have members to be approved, so yes that’s possible.
Good luck,
Mike
