Td form builder missing

  Hi,
  
  I installed Dondo theme and imported dummy data. Everything works fine, except TD forms https://www.screencast.com/t/DCO1l1NF
  
  Even there is no TD-Form builder plugin installed from the theme package
  
  Can you help me, how I created td-forms??

  We’re very sorry, Dondo’s salespage on Themeforest clearly states there’s no form builder included though
  
  Sales page Themeforest:
  
  NOTE: TD-Form builder is not included with the theme (no updates). Dondo buyers can use Form Craft (minimalist form style), Contact form 7 (needs some css custom code) or Gravity forms.
