      Please provide clear installation instructions. I have followed all your convoluted explanations and the poorly written manual that confuses files with folders etc. I have gone to memberships and selected skin # etc. placed all the files in correct folders manually (if I have been able to understand the poorly written instructions)… I have installed on a live server on a local (mamp) development server, and note all the installation has done is created a broken theme. I must apologise for my terse mannner, but seriously just fix it. Explain how to install it or dont sell it. I dowloaded it so I can skin a UM product for a client quickly?

      So please just fix it now 😉

      Hi ALV,

      Did you add the templates manually in the theme and in the right folder..
      theme-name/ultimate-member/templates

      In that folder yu can add all templates 1-10 manually.

      You say, you did follow the exact instruction. but you’re not saying what you ‘actually’did.

      Maybe there’s a conflict with something else which requires debugging

      Are your default templates from ULTIMATE-member working?

      yep added manually to above folder hierarchy. skin options appear in the member directory and can be selected. However, the skin selected does manifest in the frontend. permissions are correct.

      I will uninstall everything and reinstall from a clean backup and reinstall Um-profiler again and let you know how that goes…to check for conflict or user error.

      Hi I have performed the above and conclude um-profiler does not work at all with wordpress 5.

      Good morning, I am still waiting for a reply from support… Of note I just went to raise a support ticket and note that your profile pages for logged in users are malfunctioning …. my confidence is very low.

      I chatted with Envato this morning and they advised me you have found a solution to the problem with installing the plugin and making it function. We await your communication.
