      Hello

      I would like to know is this correct for dummy content of site?

      It seems to me this is not truly a full dummy site as the demo on themeforest?  Should there not be sample pages of different layouts?  The only sample pages I have working are from woocommerce which I do not even plan on using… pls advise

      Looks like you have the wrong theme here. You are showing the Mingle theme which is not a Theme-Dutch product.
