Hi once again:
I have small issue with Blog Page defined in Settings, showing full content rather than excerpts (or truncated posts without images, as shown in categories pages). Examples:
Blog Page: http://sendero.tupadre.cl/noticias/
Cat Page: http://sendero.tupadre.cl/category/sociales/Only if I specify “Show More” it will truncate, but client wants pre-defined word count, without image, as exactly shown on cats, or as you show the Blog Page on your demo site.

Is there any way to achieve this, or would I have to create some sort of MAIN category on use all other cats as children of the MAIN one?
If you already apply certain layout for categorys, how hard could it be to apply same layout to default blog page?

If you look at the category blog page

(and hit on the first post)Then you go to an actual blog post.
Blog Page: http://sendero.tupadre.cl/noticias/
When I hit on the first post I’ll go to this page
http://sendero.tupadre.cl/para-tener-presente-nueva-disponibilidad-de-productos-desde-1-de-marzo/There is no content, so its unable to show pre-defined word count.

Theres actually a lot of content, but it´s protected by Members Plugin. I just changed the permissions on that particular post so you can take a look at it.
I ended up using a Main Category because there was no way that i was able to achieve what I was looking for. I’ll have to end up using a redirect on the “Blog Page” to the main Category created.
