Hello,
I love this theme and want to integrate it successfully with Woo Commerce.
1) I’d like to get the SHOP page to work and for the individual products to actually show up on the page (they show up perfectly in the sidebar). The cart AND checkout PAGES are working perfectly as far as I can tell. http://shops.organature.info
2) I’ve also paid MOJO THEMES an extra $15 for support which to give me email access to the theme author and wonder how to do that.
3) Is this likely to be an easy task? I hope so and greatly appreciate your assistance.

Hello Elizabeth,
Thank you for buying our theme. In order to make use of our support forum, you’ll have to add your Transaction ID (if you bought via Mojo Themes) or your purchase code (if you bought via mojomarketplace) to your profile page on theme-dutch.com.
Then our support staff can verify your purchase of BOX.We provide 3 kinds of support:
– free support (theme related questions as presented theme features on the marketplace),
– premiums support (theme related questions as presented on the marketplace incl. ticket support), https://theme-dutch.com/premium-support/
– and customization jobs (per hour).
It depends on what kind of assistance you need exactly.Kind regard,
Helen -

My apologies,
I see you’ve already added your transaction id (the hashtag prevents it to be visible at the front-end next to your profile 😉

Thanks for figuring out my mistake with the transaction id Helen.
Can this theme be easily made Woo Commerce compatible?
If so what type of support do you recommend?
If you can you tell me which template is equivalent to page.php maybe I can have a go at it myself.Appreciated,
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,
I don’t have a manual for you how to make it ready for Woocommerce, and how you are going to work when we release a update. I think it will be a hassle, but we have a similar theme that is included with Woocommerce and thats FACTS.

This is by the way the first for me, as we don’t offer support by email. Can you send me a link, I want to check this out.
2) I’ve also paid MOJO THEMES an extra $15 for support which to give me email access to the theme author and wonder how to do that.

1) I’ve just sent an email to Mojo Themes to confirm this as the deal finished a couple days ago so the documentation is not currently visible. Waiting for their reply.
2) Box theme is claiming to have Woo Commerce Support when I did a system status check and woocommerce.php is included in the theme files. (See attached screen shot).
3) Thanks for recommending the other theme, but I would very much like to get the one I’ve just purchased up to scratch.
4) Woo Commerce have some really simple instructions on how to make the themes compatible. http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/
5) What’s the best way to get someone to assist me with this?

Elizabeth,
Did you get it to work with WooCommerce? Tried WP e-commerce, etc. Just thought I would ask if you found a magic bullet before I dig in and force it to work.
Thanks in Advance

Hi Don,
Thanks for the question. I opted to go with a completely different theme that is already fully integrated with WooCommerce and created a series of boxes using the Visual Composer Plugin. A much easier option.
All the best
