      Hello,
      I have tried a few times to install the theme thru WP, but it doesnt let me, it always fails, it says that its missing the style sheet. Please advise, i purchased this thru mojo marketplace.

      Hi Azuflores,

      When you ‘unzip’ your download file from BOX, you’ll find a BOX manual.
      In the BOX manual you’ll find instructions how to install the theme including dummy content.

      You’ll also find answers to other BOX users here on the forum about installing the theme including dummy content.

      After you’ve installed dummy content

      Few tips.
      – Widgets needs to be set manual.
      – Home page select from settings

      Hello Helen, the problem as i said in my post is that there is an errór when trying To install it. It says it’s missing the style sheet and does not install it. How do I get what is missing?

      When you get the message: missing style sheet, It looks to me that you’re uploading the wrong file. Please confirm that you are uploading the file Box and not the Unzip me please…

      If you are uploading the right file Box, then try to download a new version from MojoMarketplace. Maybe the download did not go well..

      Thank you Mike, I have another question please….how can i install the dummy content. I have read the manual and when i go to tools in the menu in wordpress, there’s no ‘install dummy content’ option. Please advise what to do.

      Hello,
      I tried to install your BOX theme severall times with the box.zip data (so not the please unzip file…).
      I doesnt work because the upload every time fails… I download tzhe newest version on creative market.
      Is everything right with the data shared there?

      Hello Lichen,

      You’ll have to ”unzip” your download zip. Once you unzip you’ll find the theme file including BOX manual with instructions how to install your theme.

        After installation of the box.sql.zip file I got the mention “Dem Theme fehlt das style.css Stylesheet.”(style.css stylesheet is missing).
        Where can I find this stylesheet?

      Hello Lichen,

      Some servers have a issue downloading the dummy content from our server, the Box preview is a massive one with a lot of pictures so it will take time to import. And server settings can give a conflict in some cases. However we have included in the download files box.sql.zip this is a copy of our the database. So with this file you can duplicate our preview website. If you have experience with this method you will be up and running in no time.

      This means that it can not find the theme files, upload the correct file: box and make sure it’s unzipped

      Sorry, I only can upload zipped-files in WP?

      yeah I now and it will unzip itself if you have the correct file.
      You can also upload the unzipped file by FTP

      Hello again,

      I tried on a different with better internet connexion and obviously it was due to the bad internet connection that the download didn’t match…
      So everything is fine!
