The reason why it is called Dondo 2 is because I completed re-downloaded the theme from Themeforest and tried to install again because it wasn’t working the first time.

Please advise. It is still not working.

I tried to install the original file again, and I still get the same issues.

Your sent screenshot shows that you did not install Dondo properly, and we told you that you did not install the theme as you should do, because the ‘errors’ on your screenshot show exactly what you did.

Dondo is uploaded to Themeforest and has to undergo review rounds in the field of installation of the theme, safety, design and code before it is accepted. Nowadays ThemeForest sets very high standards.

The only reason I capitalized Hundreds of Themes because it is true! I wanted to make sure your team knows that this isn’t my first time installing a WordPress Theme. I also belong to various theme clubs like Themify, Elegant Themes, etc, and I haven’t had a problem yet. So of course, I’m frustrated when and upload doesn’t work. I never said that I was an “expert” or “knew what I was doing and it was your fault.” You inferred that from my post. I simply mentioned that I have installed HUNDREDS OF THEMES and capitalized, so that it would stand out that this was not my first time.

All I asked was for you advice on what to do since the install wasn’t working. I uninstalled, and then installed the theme again. I also downloaded the WordPress only file from Themeforest. I’m still having the same issues.
