      Dear support,

      I have problem with theme. After I uploaded demo content, page is just blank. It looks that data are inside, but whole page is white

      There are several reasons why this can happen.
      If you Google your issue you might find your answer.

      Did you install any plugins prior to installing the theme?
      If you can access the admin area of your site, but get the white screen on the front end, login to your admin section and deactivate all plugins. After doing so, check your front end page again. If you can see it, you have a plugin conflict. Then start activating each plugin one by one.

      Its also possible that your web server configuration that is set with PHP memory limits too low. If this is the case, it can cause the white screen condition as well. Check with your web hosting service and ask them to increase your PHP memory_limit

      Hello Helen,

      Finally I found that plugin W3 Total Cache made this issue. But anyway when I deactivated this plugin, theme is not same like in demo preview and I proceeded step by step by your manual.

      Can you help me what is wrong ?

      After installing dummy content you will need to assign menus to the main and footer areas.
      Via your Dashboard: Settings / reading
      Sidebar widget you’ll have to create yourself (per example for your blog)

      its not only about menus in header/footer.. There is missing everything – slider, products, contact form
      I want same theme like in demo preview , that was my request before I bought it and its not

      Hi Marcelo,

      There’s nothing wrong with the theme, there are already a few hundred websites built on Joop
      – When you install the theme including demo content correctly it will run properly
      – Make sure your web server configuration PHP memory limits are not too low.
      – Theme JOOP is already prepared for Woocommerce, bbPress, WPML, and contact form plugins Gravity and/or Contact 7.
      You’ll have to install these plugins also.

      It is also possible to hire Theme Dutch to install the theme incl. dummy content https://theme-dutch.com/wordpress-setup-services/

      I know theme is good, but there is problem with installing demo content, not working by your manual
      I will try to check it, are you kidding me ? 250 dolars for installing theme ?

      I bought about 30 themes from themeforest and never had problem like this, everytime also support helps with problems for free not overpriced services…

      We try to help you while it is Christmas!

      The cost are 149 (if WordPress is already installed)
      If you have installed so many themes Joop should not be a problem.
      Otherwise, check all previous comments and tips we gave.
