      Hi,

      I posted before on the Themeforest site. You have asked me to provide the php version my host is running: it is 5.6.22
      Is there anything else you would like to know?

      Okay 5,6 is fine, I was thinking maybe your were running an old version and then the demo import will not work. So, your getting an error on demo import, you can try to increase the max upload size. I think it’s a server setting as I now for sure that the demo import is working, so now we only have to find what exactly.

      Can you upload a screenshot of the error your getting, maybe that reveals some more info

      The max upload size is set to 128Mb, I get two different error, if I try to import the default dummy content I get “Note: Content imported with warnings!
      Error #0: Dummy XML not found!”
      I just tried demo01 and I don’t know what happended but it imported now without any error!!
      It does not import the revolution slider though, if I try to import manually the file from the zip Brain-Demo01-Home, slider_export.txt it gives me an error: Imcompatible archive.
      I am get closer 🙂

      Error #0: Dummy XML not found!, I have seen this one before and that was a php version 5.4 issue.

      Revolution slider cant be imported with the demo, that must be made manual via the import feature by Revslider. But you have there also an error, it really sounds like a server issue somewhere.

      Can you import one of the other revolution sliders?

      What happens when you unzip a slider on your desktop?

      Hi there, can you share your php version. Were trying to fiquer out where the problem comes from, we have made several test on different servers and no problem there.

      did you try others demos?

      In the mean I have solved the problem with the import of the slider, I tried to import the wrong file!
      So for the moment there is only one problem left which is the import of the default dummy content. I really want that because I want to see how you did the homepage.

      We have found the issue, and as we speak the manual is in update phase. In a few hours we will release a updated version.
