Hello for some reason since switching to your mik mag theme the forum are not working and look nothing like your demo.
Please help asap and here is a link to see for yourself: http://www.emosonly.com
Thanks

Hi,
The biggest difference between our demo and yours would be the link sizes and colors. That difference probably comes from the theme-options.
For the not working part, what exactly doesn’t work for you? First thing you want to check is if you’ve got the latest buddypress version. What we’ve currently got is Version 1.6.1

@kevin
All my topics and reply had disappeared however i have fixed this now. For some reason they were no longer assigned to the relevant forum and therefore had disappeared.
However for some reason the form page title shows as “Emo Dating”
Can you shed any light on the reason for this and would be causing it?

You have probably selected a page called emo dating to display the forum.
I’m thinking this area of your admin panel might contain the cause (settings -> buddypress -> pages)

I haven’t used a page in that way. I simply used the preconfigured page that bbpress creates and therefore i have no say over what title this page has as i cant even edit it.
Any ideas?

Hi Ashley,
I believe that the name must have been added / pulled from somewhere, it doesn’t seem like something bbpress would use as its default naming for a newly created forum. have you got any page or title or anything like that with this name on your wp-installation?
You could try and search all the bbpress/buddypress settings to see if that name is mentioned anywhere in there. I wouldn’t exactly know where it has been pulled from but it’s got to be somewhere on the website, this can’t be the default name.
Perhaps the bbpress documentation gives some more insight in the automatic naming of the forums and in how to change that.
