Sir,
Can we create a page having “Layer Slider” at Top and contents after slider. I mean that I want not to slider in background of page contents.

Hi,
You could perhaps try inserting a layerslider (using its shortcode) at the top of your content. It will not be full width though, it will be just as large as the content box.
