  In the demo (and demo content), there are are icons with the HOME of the main menu, MY ACCOUNT & CONTACT in the top level menu.
  If one wants to add icons to other links in the menu, how does one do this?
  
  I mistakenly deleted my old menu and when I created a new one, the icons did not automatically show up.
  
  How can I add it back, please?

  …and one can copy from the TD shortcodes as well.
