We are having issues with our background image. Right now the image that we have only cover a quarter of the background and then it goes to grey down to the footer. Our background is black so it looks very funny the way that it is. We wanted to know if it was possible to either have the background stay stationary while scrolling down or if there was a size that we can make the background image for it to fit all the way down to the footer. We have attached a couple of screen shots for you to see what we are talking about. Thank you for your time and efforts

Thank you for the compliment on the screen shot. We still have so much that we need and want to do with your amazing theme. We used the background image from our other website which is (2050×993). I have attached another screen shot of the area that i am speaking of. Your help is greatly appreciated.
P.S. I tried to subscribe to your upgraded service so that you could help to get some areas fixed that we are having issues with but we weren’t able to do so. If you could guide us to that, that would be great as well. Thank you for your time and efforts.

Hi Ezra, really nice work! I need to say awesome work! Mikmag is the best theme I have ever come across, a true power house. Great choice, you can do almost anything with this superior framework.

For the interim may I suggest increasing your image size to 1600px x 1800px. You may want to use a vignette edge effect for whatever your background colour will be.

Thanks for your great compliments James it is greatly appreciated. We have a long way to go with what our vision for our website is but the groundwork is getting there lol. I love all the little details that this theme lets you accomplish. I think that is what will take us the longest time but I am sure that the end result will be amazing.
I will try the image size that you spoke of and wait patiently for someone to contact me lol. Again, thank you for your input and help.

Have you had any luck with the background image yet?
For the upgraded service you mentioned to be unable to subscribe to, could you perhaps give me some more information on which service this was and what went wrong? We’ve had some successful subscriptions to our premium support memberships earlier so if anything isn’t working for you, we’d of course like to know what that is so we can take a look at fixing it.
If you’re not yet sure what option would be most suitable for your needs, don’t refrain from telling us what you would be looking to achieve and/or what problems you are encountering so we can take a look helping you pick the correct support option. Some things (like theme code changes / additions) might require customization jobs where extended help setting up the theme and sometimes some minor changes and tweaks can be done with a premium membership. Just tell me what you would be looking for and I’ll get back to you with the type of that subscription could be beneficial for you.
for your problems regarding the upgraded support subscription you can either post here or send me an e-mail (which might be a bit faster than a forum post) to kevin(a)theme-dutch.com and I’ll make sure to check it out and help you out.
