Hi
I was looking at your package 3 installation service, however i notice that it includes the theme purchase in the cost of the package. I have already bought and paid for John theme via mojo marketplace so would not really need the theme and was wondering if the cost of the theme could be deducted from the total installation price please? I have tried to install demo 3 of John myself but wordpress updated itself and i need to revert to the older compatible version of wordpress to activate demo 3 and i have caused myself a world of pain in the process of trying to do this myself so i thought it would be quicker and easier to have Theme Dutch do it for me now 🙂

Thanks for posting your request. Of course we’re willing to help you out. If you’ve already bought the theme, you don’t have to pay for it again.
What’s the best way to go from here?
– Please send an email to sales@theme-dutch.com.
– Take the effort to copy and past your post (above) here on the forum in your e-mail
– Include your purchase code / transaction ID of John on Mojomarketplace so we can verify your purchase and can deduct the theme’s cost.
– Also let us know in advance which ‘hosting provider’ your work with.Once we’ve received your e-mail, we’ll contact you on short notice. (details/payment)
We are able to set-up John etc. tomorrow.
