I’m using Joop theme on my website with woocommerce plugin.
The site translation from English to French is ok, but in the e-mail sent to our customers with the invoice and the customer note, the e-mail subject and title is always in english.
“Your {site_title} order from {order_date}” & “Thank you for your order”. for the invoice
“Note added to your {site_title} order from {order_date}” & “A note has been added to your order” for the note mail.

the informations inside the e-mail body are ok (Shipping address, Billing adress, product, quantity, etc etc…).

I’ve been looking inside .po files, either in Joop Theme and Woocomerce and the translations appears to be ok, I’ve also checked with “string translation” and all translations are fine.

we get a message at the bottom woocommerce e-mails admin page saying “This template has been overridden by your theme and can be found in: yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php.”

all translations elsewhere on the website are ok… we only have problems with the e-mails confirmations.

can you please tell us what we need to do to fix this ?
