I’ve seen this question on one of our other themes’ forums and it’s not a theme bug, it is caused by an incorrect setup of the woocommerce plugin. I had a chat with one of our developers about it, please allow me to copy what he told me from the previous post:

The issues are most likely caused by your woocommerce settings and options not being properly set

You can set the column and product counts in the woocommerce settings (woocommerce -> settings -> pages and then scroll to the bottom)

I’m not sure I properly understand your last reply. Did you select a column count down at woocommerce -> Settings -> Pages? As well as a product count?
