Hi guys,

I’ve recently purchased your MikMag theme, which definitely looks great on your demo, but as soon as I installed the theme I realized that you have not coded page templates at all, and unfortunately I can’t afford to have to code all the pages templates I need with shortcodes, which will be definitely my worst nightmare. I didn’t read your purchase policy yet, and I assume you should have a “non return” policy, but there’s no way I could know this HUGE issue until I actually installed the theme and realized this problem. I ask you guys for a refund, since the theme you sold me is completely useless for the purposes I wanted to. You can see on my Themeforest account that I’ve already purchased several themes and plugins, I’m not trying to get anything from this, but a theme that really fulfill my needs. Again, your theme looks amazing and seems to have plenty of features, but having to create the templates with shortcodes is an absolute nightmare, I rather code them directly with PHP and HTML.
