/shortcodes-2/ page does not convert shortcodes into content, but instead displays the shortcodes codes instead.
Yet /shortcodes/ page does work properly, displaying timeline features etc.
What could be causing this? I can’t use [button] shortcodes, or any others on the /shortcodes-2/ page

Fatal error: Class ‘CoreOptionGroup’ not found in /home/fhnas/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-sociables/td-sociables.php on line 30
COMPLETE crashed my WP setup.
/Shortcodes/ page still down work, yet /shortcodes-2/ does, as before.
So what’s your recommendation? I would like to get this smoothed out ASAP
in current state – entire MIKMAG theme is not displaying with above td-sociables plugin deleted to get past above critical error.
HELP!

http://fhnas.ca/shortcodes-2/ – workingYes I realize that TD socialables is required as part of MikMag Theme, I had to delete and reinstall it.
It’s like the theme is not parsing select shortcodes, I’m having a problem with it not parsing another plugin’s shortcodes as well.
I’m around all evening. Email me if ftp or WP admin access is required.

Hi Scott,
Well I cant visit your page correctly because it keeps on loading.
But to make sure it’s a theme issue:
– First update Mikmag and WordPress your running mikmag 3.6.1 and wp 4.2.1, Current version is 3.6.2 and wp 4.7.1, check if the problem is still there.
– Deactivate Mikmag and activate a default theme, check if the problem is still there.
– Deactivate all plugins and try again, check if the problem is still there.
What did you use to create these?

Both those shortcode pages were created by loading ‘demo data’ from the copy I purchased at themeforest.
As this point, I just want the code working – if that means paying the 42 pounds for paid-support to go into the site and get it working – then so be it. I’m not big on running through the on & off list of plugins, as active plugins have intended use with this deployment.
The issue of not loading short codes spans across more than just the theme – my banner plugin ia also being effected.
Look forward to your reply. For instant response when you are addressing this issue, for things like how to proceed remedying the issues being experienced – I’ll be watching Skype – Skype: @KinusoHotel

Well I’m trying to understand were these short codes are coming from http://fhnas.ca/shortcodes/, because these are not our shortcodes and not included in our demo. This are our shortcodes and they work fine: http://fhnas.ca/shortcodes-2/
So I think there is something else with your installation, an other plugin maybe you have installed.
And with a premium support account I can have a look at your installation and tell you my findings, however I must say upfront that as this is not our plugin I cant quarantine that I can fix it for you, most likely I can but I don’t have a idea what to expect.So if you like to proceed, get the premium account and send via our contact page your admin login details. We will look into it today.
