Home › Forums › Mikmag WordPress theme › Mikmag sidebars SQL Recognition
Hi there,
I recently took a client who wanted me to dump like 500 posts that have XYZ sidebars. The default sidebar is set to YYY sidebar. Even though i dumped the data accordingly (see below) to wp-postmeta, all the posts show the default sidebar YYY not the onces i set. Also if i go each of the post and edit in the backend (select XYZ) then it recognizes it. Otherwise, they don’t. Do you know why and how can i do this bulk dumping?
Example:
a:4:{s:6:”layout”;s:10:”right-wide”;s:15:”layout-sidebars”;a:2:{i:0;s:20:”XYZ-right-sidebar”;i:1;s:20:”XYZ-right-sidebar”;}s:6:”footer”;s:5:”three”;s:15:”footer-sidebars”;a:6:{i:0;s:8:”footer-1″;i:1;s:8:”footer-2″;i:2;s:8:”footer-3″;i:3;s:8:”footer-4″;i:4;s:8:”footer-5″;i:5;s:8:”footer-6″;}}
Hi Jim,
Quite frankly I must say that I wouldn’t know how to go about doing that properly.
I’m afraid that the only thing I could propose you to help on this one would be that if you were a premium member I could have our developers take a look at this and see if they can help you out.
