We only tend to go and take a look back-end at our customers’ websites when there’s a bug or anything we cannot solve from the front-end

There are a few things I can see from your homepage that you’ll want to set up though.

The first thing is your menu, go to appearance -> menu’s and create a menu there. Make sure at least the main menu has a menu assigned to it. that will allow you to navigate through your website.

The warnings shown in the footer mean that the footer widget areas are empty. You’ll want to select a widget area that contains widgets there.

The .zip file you downloaded from themeforest should include a manual on how to use a lot of our common theme features. This manual should help you with your initial theme setup as well. I suggest you to take a look at that manual.
