Hi,
i am facing problem on dondo options page. whatever i make changes from dondo option and save it, it doesn’t save and just keep going (saving now) but doesn’t save.

That looks like a jquery issue, what is your current version wp and Dondo?

Ahhh ok, were running Dondo version 1.7.2 so your a bit outdated. Update WordPress and Dondo and you will be fine, always make a backup because this wp 4.5 update is a major one.

No thats correct, when we release a update you will get a email from Themeforest if you have this set in your themeforest account. Visit themeforest and download Dondo from your account.

So what to do right now, when i installed dondo i was using wp 4.5 and one of your support member told to install on 4.2 so i did. Because i was facing many problems. Now do i download new version of dondo from themeforest? And how to update new version? Do i just replace the theme files? Does it’ll effect on current settings and data?

Hi Ahmad,
1 – From the option panel you can export and import the settings (just for save keeping) see manual for more details.
2 – Update Dondo via FTP, download from your Themeforest account.
3 – Update WP to 4.5.1 -

We don’t have that issue so it must be something in your installation or plugins. But without research It’s hard for me to say what to do. In case you have a premium support account our developers can have a look at your wp installation for you.

Like I already said without research on your installation there is not a lot I can say, and if you don’t want to get a premium support account there is not a lot I can do. The issue is on your end, so don’t expect us to spend our time fixing your issue, even a premium support account of $29,00 will not cover our cost researching your issue.

First of all:
If you are being rude and talk about ‘scam’ we really don’t need to help you, and we have the right to delete your account, or file a complaint with themeforest. This company is no scam.We provide help and support about the functions of our themes.
Second:
If someone has issues installing a theme, or we need to check the back-end in order to locate an issue its not covered by regular support and we may ask an additional FEE once we need to login to your site. locating an issue can take quite some time.ITEM SUPPORT POLICY THEMEFOREST

1. Third party plugins; you say you already tried to delete them and installed them 1 by 1 to find a conflicting plugin… which not seems to be the case, according to you
2. Sometimes Theme Options are not saved due to a 500 error occuring during the AJAX save call, which can be seen in the browser console. This happens due to ”low memory”, a plugin conflict or due to server setup issues.
3. Empty your browser cache and disable any browser add-ons you might have.
4. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check any security settings that may be causing the issue
Check if you have the latest version of Dondo. Its not an issue of the theme. We don’t have that issue and hundreds of other websites on Dondo.
So it has no point referring to 1 post over 2 years ago.
